- At least 3 yrs in leasing experience
- Experience as a realtor using leases
- Bachelor Degree
Lease Research Provide assistance on the following:
- Tower Leases/licenses/use agreements related to space for equipment located on radio towers,
- Ground leases,
- Memorandums of Understanding or Tower Use Agreements (TUA)
- Assignments and Assumption.
- Provide support to the Contract Manager and Leasing Manager for managing documents and recording information to a SharePoint filing system all items listed in #1.
- Provide high-level administrative support by conducting research, preparing reports, handling information requests, performing clerical functions, preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls, tracking tasks, agenda preparation, and scheduling meetings.
Be knowledgeable about how to maintain accurate records and files
- Be knowledgeable about how to maintain accurate records and files.
- Be knowledgeable about the Clients business practices.
- Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience with DocuSign (desired but not mandatory).
- Have at least three (3) years of experience in leasing (desired but not mandatory).
- Assist in researching legal documents, collecting and summarizing historical information, and preparing documents.
