The role you'll contribute:

Provides administrative support for a member of top management. Prepares letters, memorandums and reports. Often composes correspondence requiring independent judgment. Triages complaints and issues that arise from physicians, patients and family members, visitors and associates. Answers non-routine inquiries independently. Researches and analyzes information for complex or sensitive projects. Is a resource to internal and external customers

The value you'll bring to the team

+ This position provides full support to COO, CMO, and CNO.

+ Proactively provides executive assistance in all areas of responsibility including coordination of work and/or travel schedules, support projects and appropriate assistance of day-to-day flow of their respective roles

+ Requires a thorough understanding of the respective executive roles and well-developed ability to aid where needed

+ Responsible for the appearance of the executive office and creating a welcoming environment

+ Supports in maintaining and coordinating office business including, but not limited to, scheduling of appointments, screening phone calls, maintaining office supplies and equipment, maintaining files, word processing of letters, memoranda, reports, policies, procedures and committee and departmental meeting minutes

+ Distributes pre-meeting information for assigned meetings, such as agendas, handouts or booklets

+ Demonstrates an ability to be flexible, organized and function under stressful situations

+ Maintains regulatory requirements specific to the leadership/administrative responsibilities

+ Supports with planning/coordinating of the events as needed

+ Greets visitors, physicians and hospital staff in a courteous and professional manner

The expertise and experiences you'll need to succeed:

+ Minimum qualifications :

+ This position requires a high level of organization skills, self-motivation and well-developed professional demeanor and discretionary judgment

+ This position requires a strong ability to multitask and to work in a fast moving environment with a high level of personal accountability

+ Presents self and overall administration in a professional manner including in the areas of writing and speaking, coordination of administration processes while maintaining a high level of confidentiality

+ High School Diploma or Equivalent

+ 2 to 5 Years of Position-Related Experience

+ Preferred qualifications:

+ Associate's Degree or Graduate of a Technical School

+ 5 Years of Position-Related
