In this role, you'll help keep ASI's leadership activities running smoothly while fostering collaboration across the organization. If you're organized, proactive, and passionate about arts and culture operations, we'd like to hear from you. What You'll Do:Executive and Leadership Team Support
- Keep the leadership team on track with calendar management, expense reports, mail handling, travel arrangements, and invitations.
- Coordinate meetings for the leadership team and internal and external attendees, including managing attendees, preparing materials, and setting up meeting spaces.
- Maintain both physical and digital filing systems to ensure everything is organized and accessible.
- Assist the leadership team in preparing for meetings with key stakeholders.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Support board activities with administrative tasks and PowerPoint presentations.
- Take charge of institutional projects as directed by the CEO or COO.
- Be ready to tackle other responsibilities as they come up.
RequirementsMust-Haves
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within a non-profit or museum setting.
- Strong communication skills-whether you're writing emails or speaking with stakeholders, you know how to connect with people.
- Collegial and collaborative workstyle and thriving in team environments.
- Experience managing multiple projects at once.
- Strong experience with digital platforms like Microsoft Outlook and Teams.
- Knowledge of content management systems and general office tech.
- A self-starter attitude that helps you excel in fast-paced situations.

- Excellent problem-solving skills.
