About the Position: We are seeking a passionate and driven Executive Sous Chef for one of the premier off-premise catering companies in Fresno, CA. This role presents the opportunity to show your talent by creating many types of cuisine while showcasing your appreciation for catering styles and food presentation. Locally based operation that has a stellar reputation, and offers a great chance to grow your skillset to become the new Executive Chef in time. Pay range and compensation package:

Base Salary Range: $110,000 - $130,000 salary, medical, dental, paid vacation and 401k plan

Position Profile:

  • Off-site catering leadership experience
  • Experience with large-scale, scratch kitchen production with creative food styling for plated meals, buffet, and tray-passed items
  • Excellent time management skills, training, and menu development
  • Minimum of 10+ years of kitchen experience in the high-volume catering industry with management
