Are you an Exotics Veterinarian looking for a new challenge? - join a dynamic and dedicated team based in Centennial, CO. Our client hospital is seeking a new Exotics Veterinarian where you can carve out your niche in avian, exotic, and small animal medicine. You'll have the freedom to grow your expertise in a collaborative environment with a team that's as passionate about their craft as you are!

The Hospital is more than just a practice – they're a community hub for clients near and far. With a diverse caseload of 40% birds, 25% exotics and 35% cats and dogs, every day brings something new and exciting for you to get stuck into! Their cutting-edge facility is equipped with everything you need to deliver exceptional care. Some of the tools and toys include: digital radiology, specialist housing for exotic patients, a critical care unit, and many advanced surgical tools! You'll be joining a team enriched by collaboration with local rescues, colleges and externship programs. Plus you will be working alongside a board-certified Avian specialist, which reflects their commitment to excellence in exotics medicine.

We're seeking a DVM with a strong knowledge of exotic and pocket pet medicine, a passion for avian care (would be a bonus!), and a compassionate, team-oriented spirit! Ideally we would love someone to join the clinic on 4 days per week with very limited weekend schedule required which would be split between their 6 doctors! Take advantage of their competitive package formulated with a solid base salary between $120,000-$140,000 plus production bonuses. About you:

  • Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) degree or equivalent.
  • To hold or have a Colorado veterinary board license, which MUST be in good standing.
  • High degree of integrity and accountability.
  • Small Animal and Exotics Experience required.
  • Additional interests and skills within Avian medicine would also be beneficial but not essential.
