**Job Description**
This position will perform lead and shipping/receiving duties in a digital printing/machine operation environment. The role requires working on a pallet jack for 75% of the day, ensuring that completed pallets of products are properly moved, labeled, and distributed throughout the warehouse to meet shipping deadlines. Responsibilities also include conflict resolution, effective communication, and prioritization to ensure timely product dispatch. Additional duties involve entering re-works and due dates. Leadership training opportunities are available for those interested in becoming a supervisor.

The company has two areas separated by a wall: a complete assembly area and a machine area. The candidate will work in both.
