Job DetailsWe are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Expeditor to join our team. As an Expeditor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and timely flow of food orders from the kitchen to the customers. Your excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment will contribute to providing exceptional customer service.Duties:- Coordinate with the kitchen staff to ensure accurate and timely preparation of food orders- Communicate with servers and other front-of-house staff to ensure prompt delivery of orders- Assist in food preparation, such as garnishing plates or assembling dishes-Utilize elevator to load dishes to be sent to multiple dining room floors- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the expediting area- Help resolve any issues or discrepancies with orders- Ensure adherence to food safety and hygiene standardsQualifications:- Previous experience working in a kitchen or culinary environment is preferred- Strong communication skills to effectively coordinate with kitchen staff, servers, and customers- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and basic cooking skills- Familiarity with food safety regulations and practices- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills-Use of multiple sets of stairs may be required of your daily duties-Ability to converse in Chinese preffered, but not mandatory (Mandarin specifically)More detail about Nomad Tea Parlour, please visit
