Job Functions: •Finalize presentation of each plate and ensure quality and specifications of orders. •Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to stay calm under pressure. •Act as point of contact between Front of the House and Back of the House staff. •Maintains a clean station at all times and performs assigned side work duties such as stocking plates, ramekins, silverware, to-go supplies, and ingredients. •Prioritize timing of food with cooks through thorough communication. •Package food for all take out orders. •Strong knowledge of all menu items, daily/monthly specials, and prices. •Works to ensure a clean and sanitary work area at all times. •Adhere to and follows all safe food handling and health department procedures. •Completes all side work and other duties as assigned in a timely manner. •Ensures that all guests and co-workers are treated in a prompt, professional and courteous manner. •Must be willing to work all shifts. •Ability to stand for long periods of time. •Remains up to date on all Departmental Policies, Procedures, and Casino Promotions •Complies with all departmental rules, side work assignments, and departmental procedures. •Performs all other duties specified or assigned Job Requirements: •Team player with positive attitude. •Must be able to lift at least twenty (20) pounds at one time and grip necessary items •Must be able to stand and walk for long periods of time as well as bend, stoop, and twist. •Must possess outstanding interpersonal communications skills to effectively interface with guests and team members. •Possesses ability to work under pressure. •Prior experience is helpful as well as a proven track record demonstrating sound judgment. •Is always clean and neat, in proper uniform, including nametag, I. D. badge, and slip resistant •Ability to communicate with Team members and guests •Ability to successfully fulfill the pre-employment process •Ability to work flexible shifts and days of the week including holidays.
