FOR EXPEDITOR: Reads tickets, pulls product from window based on tickets, calls for items when needed and clarifies any special requests, coordinates and communicates with all stations in the kitchen so that food from different stations is completed at the same time ensures proper placement of all items on plates while noting any special instructions properly garnishes all plates and ensures that the absolute highest quality of food before it is taken to guests assist servers in refilling drinks, running food, and pre-bussing tables when needed filling water and tea for guests maintain a clean and sanitary expo area prep assigned items ensure that each ticket is delivered to guests as soon as entire ticket is completed by kitchen communicate any re-cooks or on-the-fly items as needed any other duties as directed by management.
