You will contribute to the timely delivery of components, materials, and services to make sure that the manufacturing department can work without disruptions and overall delivery schedules are met. You will interact with external vendors and internal resources to make sure that the sourcing process flows without undue delays at any point in the process. You will proactively investigate the information you receive from vendors to make sure it is accurate, truthful, and relevant. If necessary, you will visit the vendor to verify their claims. You will communicate with all necessary internal stakeholders, so they are all aware of the status of the materials and services that are critical to meeting overall delivery schedules. What you already know
Your technical degree and/or equivalent experience provides you with a general understanding of major components' lead times and manufacturing technologies. Ideally, you have experience expediting materials in a manufacturing environment. You are able to identify when the feedback you are receiving from a vendor doesn't align with the promised delivery schedule. You are very detail oriented and organized and work well under the pressure of many tasks in your list. You are bothered when things are behind schedule. How Success is measured

We manufacture a wide range of Turbo Expanders and equipment that support renewable energy as well as liquified natural gas, chemical and petrochemical industries.
