Expense Management Team Manager is responsible for managing the company's expense-related processes and policies. Their key responsibilities include:
- Policy Development & Compliance: Review and updates expense management controls and policies, to ensure accuracy and compliance with company standards and regulations.
- Expense Management: Ensures compliance with expense policies. Provides guidance to Expense Management Analysts and reviews questionable/improperly documented claims.
- A/P Card & Corporate Card program oversight and management
- Management & Development of Team
- Cost Analysis: Analyzing spending patterns to identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Reporting: Responsible for monthly reporting to comply with compliance and controls.
- Training: Maintains Concur training manuals. Holds Quarterly Concur Lunch and Learns.
- System Maintenance: Monthly review to comply with compliance and controls
- Projects: Concu/Workday integration plan. Explores and suggests improvements with current system.
Qualifications:Bachelors Degree in Economics, Finance or Accounting

- Exceptional Excel skills including VLOOKUPS and IF Statements and Pivot table
- Experience managing a team
- Strong analytical skills
- SAP Concur experience
