About RoleThe Expense Management Team Manager is responsible for managing the company's expense-related processes and policies. Their key responsibilities include:
  • Policy Development & Compliance: Review and updates expense management controls and policies, to ensure accuracy and compliance with company standards and regulations.
  • Expense Management: Ensures compliance with expense policies. Provides guidance to Expense Management Analysts and reviews questionable/improperly documented claims.
  • A/P Card & Corporate Card program oversight and management
  • Management & Development of Team
  • Cost Analysis: Analyzing spending patterns to identify cost-saving opportunities.
  • Reporting: Responsible for monthly reporting to comply with compliance and controls.
  • Training: Maintains Concur training manuals. Holds Quarterly Concur Lunch and Learns.
  • System Maintenance: Monthly review to comply with compliance and controls
  • Projects: Concu/Workday integration plan. Explores and suggests improvements with current system.
Qualifications:
  • Education
Bachelors Degree in Economics, Finance or Accounting
  • Skills
  • Exceptional Excel skills including VLOOKUPS and IF Statements and Pivot table
  • Experience managing a team
  • Strong analytical skills
  • SAP Concur experience
