Job Description:
Hilbish Ford is currently seeking an experienced Automotive Line Technician to join our team. The Line Technician will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing mechanical issues in a variety of vehicles, primarily Ford, ensuring the highest level of service quality and customer satisfaction. What You'll Be Doing:
  • Diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicles with precision and efficiency.
  • Perform complex mechanical and electrical repairs, including engine overhauls, transmission repairs, and advanced diagnostics.
  • Ensure that repairs meet Ford's stringent quality standards.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior technicians.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Stay updated on the latest Ford technology and service procedures.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with service advisors and customers regarding repair needs and solutions.
What we need from you:
  • Previous experience as an auto technician, minimum of two years
  • Knowledge in all aspects of automotive repair and maintenance
  • Fast, eager learner and team player
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Computer skills and willingness to learn new problems
  • Ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment
  • Clean driving record & valid driver's license
  • Must pass pre-employment background screenings
