In this fun and exciting role, the Tour Ambassador will drive and narrate scripted tours in a high-paced manufacturing environment. Tour Guides must be energetic, enthusiastic, cheerful, and willing to lead. Apply today to become part of our team! Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Schedule tour reservations via phone and online registration system Support public tours by driving for and/or narrating up to four tours daily Give presentations in front of large, diverse groups of people, students, manufacturing personnel, etc. Prepare tour materials, exhibit space, activities, and other engagement projects Follow safety guidelines and ensure all guests remain within designated areas Community outreach calls, emails and engagement to generate tour reservations and guests Reply to emails, voicemails and messages Work collaboratively to generate outreach ideas and engagement opportunities General cleaning, equipment maintenance, safety training and other duties as assigned based on business needs.
