Responsibilities
- Prepares payoff checks for new vehicles and trade ins
- Bills out all retail deals and prepares Certificates of Origin
- Ensures that all trade-in paperwork is completed properly
- Various reporting requirements including schedule reconciliations.
- Other tasks as assigned
- This role is everyday including Saturday and one day off in the week
- Process all new and used vehicles for registration in the state in which they will be title.
- Prepare necessary paperwork for submission to the DMV Agency (It's Easy)
- Check all paperwork for correct title and lien information.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year experience as an automotive billing clerk
- Must have experience with CDK
- Must have knowledge of Microsoft office, including experience with Excel
- Ideal candidate must be highly organized
- Must possess excellent communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment
