Job Description: The Experience Management Data Specialist supports system infrastructure and data maintenance related to the firm's experience management database; maintains evolving expectations, standards and best practices. This position coordinates all aspects of experience data used by the Firm to support business development (BD) and knowledge management (KM) initiatives. The Experience Management Data Analyst works under minimal supervision and relies on experience and judgement to plan and accomplish goals. Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
  • Collect, clean, and analyze data from various sources to support BD and KM initiatives
  • Develop and maintain databases to ensure data integrity and accuracy
  • Create and generate reports, dashboards, and visualizations to present data insights to stakeholders
  • Track and report key metrics to measure the performance and effectiveness of the system and various BD and KM initiatives
  • Collaborate with different departments and business stakeholders, understand their data needs and provide data collection, maintenance and analytical support
  • Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data that lead to actionable insights
  • Assist manager and director in communication, training and change management
  • Oversee and continuously improve data collection and analysis processes with attorneys, BD and KM
  • Manage automated data workflows
  • Collaborate with attorneys and BD and KM leaders to create and maintain targeted practice, industry, and ad-hoc reports
  • Translate user requirements into technical specifications
Job Specifications:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • At least five (5) years of related work experience in a data analyst, paralegal, or other similar role
  • Familiarity with experience management system (e.g., Foundation)
  • Strong knowledge of database management systems and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI)
  • Strong analytical mindset
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines
  • Ability to work with large datasets
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word)
Successful candidates will be provided with outstanding career opportunities and will receive a competitive total rewards package with the opportunity to earn performance-based bonuses. Target Hiring Range $75,000 - $104,000 Please note that quoted salary ranges are not guarantees of what final salary offers may be. Base pay is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographic location.
