The right candidate has over seven years of independent practice with Botox, Xeomin, or other neurotoxins, dermal fillers, and laser technologies. The ideal candidate is someone with formal training and experience that loves this Industry and have a passion for growth. Candidates must have managerial leadership ability, outstanding customer services, sales and marketing skills, and the knowledge to educate and give guidance to clients about skin care and products. This is a rewarding position for a motivated, educated, and experienced individual. What you'll do:Have an excellent standard of service and maintains protocolsEnsure patient's safety and comfort and smooth flow of patient careEnsure proper safety precautions are taken and documented in the patient's medical recordPerform skin analysis and evaluation on clientsDevelop a specific treatment plan for clients and an ongoing follow-upEducate patients on products to enhance their proceduresIndependently administer advanced injectable treatments for facial wrinkles and using dermal fillers such as Restylane, Juvederm, Voluma, Botox, and other well known productsIndependently administer advanced cosmetic laser therapies in a professional/clinical atmosphereAssist with scheduling of patients' treatmentsMaintain supplies and equipment for treatments, including equipment sterilizationAttend team meetings, promotional events, and seminarsAccurate charting and clinical documentation of each clientWhat you'll need:Must hold an active Nurse Practitioner in the state of practice7+ years administering injectable treatments including but not limited to neuromodulators and dermal fillers such as Restylane, Juvederm, Voluma, Botox, and other well known products is required for consideration5+ Years of Med Spa, Physician Office, Dermatology or Plastic Surgeon industry experience is requiredOur ideal candidate is a motivated self-starter, hungry for growth, with an established industry followingExperience with EMR software is requiredPrior experience in timely and accurate charting in a medical setting is requiredPassion for the industry and working with people with a client first focusMust be a self starter and a team playerKnowledgeable of various aesthetic procedures and luxury skin careMust maintain yearly continued education and stay current on product lines & servicesPay & Perks:Highly competitive hourly compensation ($75-$85/hr), with significant bonus potential Employer discount for Ever/Body's beauty services and products.Flexible part-time schedule
