What Will You Be Doing?
- Conducting research and interviewing potential candidates for recruitment.
- Coordinating and scheduling candidate interviews.
- Driving business development through outreach methods such as cold calling and LinkedIn.
- Initiating contact with potential candidates and clients via various channels, including cold calls and LinkedIn.
- Using HPRs internal recruiting tools to connect with prospective candidates.
- Assisting with ad hoc projects focused on business development, brand recognition, and social media efforts.

Who Are We Looking For?
