Provide an estimate of time needed for additional repairsExecutes repairs under warranty to manufacturer specificationsQualifications5+ years of Service Technician experience requiredASE Certification requiredMust hold a high school diploma or equivalentExcellent customer service skillsBasic Computer skillsPositive, friendly attitude, along with a customer service mentalityEnjoy working in a fast paced environmentExcellent oral and written communication skillsTeam playerMust have a valid driver's licenseMath, reading, and computer skillsAbility to learn new technology, repair and service procedures and specifications Able to operate electronic diagnostic equipmentEnsures that customer's cars are kept cleanAbout the DealershipThe Pohanka Family of Dealerships is firmly entrenched in the Washington DC Metro.
