We are committed to fostering a compassionate and supportive environment for both our team members and the individuals we serve.We are seeking an Experienced Caregiver to join our team (Full Time or Part Time). The ideal candidate is caring, empathetic, and passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of individuals with developmental disabilities. Afternoon availability is required, but hours are flexible to ensure work-life balance. This role involves providing one-on-one support, implementing individualized care plans, and assisting individuals in achieving their personal and developmental goals.

Day to Day:

• Provide one-on-one support and compassionate care to individuals in their homes.
• Assist with daily living activities such as meal preparation, personal hygiene, and dressing.
• Implement individualized care plans that align with the recipient's goals and help them gain independence.
• Facilitate skill-building and engaging activities that stimulate personal development.
• Monitor the safety and well-being of the individual at all times.
• Assist individuals in nurturing their personal and developmental goals through consistent support and encouragement.

In order to qualify you need to be:

• at least 18 years of age.
• Able to pass a background and driving record check.
• Have a Valid driver's license with car insurance and a clean driving record (no more than 3 points).
• Consistently Reliable
• Ability to complete required training before starting with a recipient (paid training provided).
