J&R Schugel is now hiring CDL-A Reefer Drivers - DedicatedEarn Up To 65 CPM - Onboarding Bonus!

Top Pay & Benefits:

  • Newly increased pay - all drivers make up to 65 CPM
    • Estimated weekly pay of $1,200 - $1,600
  • Onboarding bonus
  • Flexible home time options (1-2 weeks depending on location)
    • Average up to 2,200 - 2,500 weekly miles

Requirements:

  • Must have a valid CDL-A
  • Must have at least 6 months of experience
  • Minimum age of 21
  • Must pass DOT physical and drug screen
  • Safe driving record (no serious traffic violations or patterns of irresponsible driving)
  • No prior Reefer experience is required
