Job Descriptiongpac is partnered up with a firm that is looking for an Experienced Civil Project Manager Responsibilities:
- Provide direction and leadership
- Ensure that the project is completed on time and within budget by monitoring
- Cooperate with the team to form a plan
- Create and maintain a safe/secure job site environment
- Train new members
- Coordinate the preparation of the schedule and long term planning
- Manage schedules between subcontractors, schedules, and activities
Requirements/Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management
- May have Facilities or Engineering Management
- Minimum of 3 years in Civil Project Managing
- Excellent communication with customers, subcontractor, supplier, ect
- Perform general administrative duties
- Proactive in efforts to get the work done effectively on the field
- Knowledge in basic software, mechanical, electrical or communication systems
