Key Responsibilities: Perform routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting.Clean and sanitize restrooms, including toilets, sinks, and fixtures.Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste according to established procedures.Clean and maintain common areas, including hallways, stairwells, and entrances. Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies and equipment as needed. Report any maintenance or safety issues to the appropriate personnel. Follow established cleaning schedules and procedures. Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times.
Minimum Requirements: Proven experience as a custodian or janitor. Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques and procedures. Ability to operate cleaning equipment and machinery. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Physical stamina and endurance to perform cleaning tasks.High school diploma or equivalent.
