Experienced Estate Planning Attorney

LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with prestigious large law firm to recruit an experienced estate planning attorney to sit in one of the firm's Tennessee offices.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience with sophisticated estate planning matters, including working closely with high and ultra-high net worth clients and family offices.

Job Responsibilities:

• Drafting complex wills and trusts, including IDGTs, GRATs, and revocable trusts, and other estate planning instruments.
• Preparing and reviewing federal estate and gift tax returns
• Advising clients on the formation, operation and disposition of various closely held businesses

Qualifications:

• JD from an accredited law school
• LL.M. in Taxation strongly preferred
• 5+ years of experience working on similarly complex estate planning matters in a large law firm or sophisticated boutique firm setting
