Are you a seasoned excavating professional ready to take the lead on impactful projects? Rye Beach Landscaping is looking for a full-time Experienced Excavation Foreman to join our team in Exeter, NH.

THE BASICS

Pay: With competitive, experience-based hourly pay, this is your chance to oversee exciting projects with a company that values safety, quality, and teamwork.

Schedule: You'll work Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with overtime available to take on extra projects and earn more.

YOUR DAY AS AN EXPERIENCED EXCAVATION FOREMAN

Each day, you'll lead a team of skilled laborers and machine operators as you tackle various excavation projects, from digging trenches to grading and foundation work. You will oversee all aspects of the job site, ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and with precision. Operating heavy machinery like excavators and backhoes will be second nature to you, and you'll use your expertise to troubleshoot on-site challenges and maintain a productive workflow. By staying in constant communication with your team and other stakeholders, you will create an environment of collaboration and excellence.

REQUIREMENTS FOR AN EXPERIENCED EXCAVATION FOREMAN

• 5+ years of experience in excavation or construction, with a demonstrated track record of successful project completion
• Strong supervisory and team management skills

Preferred qualifications:

• Proficiency in operating and maintaining heavy excavation machinery and tools
• Extensive knowledge of construction site safety protocols and OSHA regulations
• Ability to think quickly and effectively address on-site challenges
• Capability to work in various weather conditions and physical environments
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
