Please note, that this is an in-office position and requires a daily commute to our Lake Success headquarters. We are not seeking a hybrid or remote team member. The hours for the position are M-F 9am to 6pm. Responsibilities •Work on one of the top origination teams in NY with a high-volume pipeline. •This is a close-knit company and team and a great opportunity to grow with us. •We are licensed in 32 states and have a strong team that needs another Dyanmo Loan Officer Assistant to join the team •Assist in loan processing, managing the loan pipeline, and ensuring timely completion of documentation •Communicate effectively and provide regular updates to clients, real estate agents, and attorneys involved in the loan process •Demonstrate sales acumen to support business development efforts, including outreach to potential referral partners such as real estate agents, accountants, attorneys, and financial planners •Be part of a collaborative, hard-working team of professionals who are motivated by being the best they can be and continuously seeking ways to improve personally & professionally •Willingness to work hard and have a desire to win with a top-performing team Qualifications •Minimum 2-5 years experience as a Loan Officer Assistant, Loan Processor, Loan Officer, or similar position in a sales capacity •Encompass experience is required •Salesforce experience a plus •Licensed Mortgage Loan Originator a plus or if not licensed; willing to take a test to become licensed in NY •Outgoing - Comfortable talking to clients in person or via phone •Team player •Previous experience in the mortgage industry with a strong understanding of loan structuring, underwriting guidelines, and loan processing •Strong communication skills to maintain regular updates with clients, real estate agents, and attorneys •Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to contribute to business development efforts •A positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and the desire to be mentored by top industry professionals
