Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced baker to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of delicious bakery products for our customers. Your primary focus will be on ensuring the quality and freshness of our baked goods, while providing exceptional customer service.

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare and bake a variety of bakery products according to established recipes and procedures
• Ensure the freshness and quality of products in the bakery cases and displays
• Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers, answering questions, and making product suggestions
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the bakery area
• Assist with unloading deliveries and maintaining efficiency in the bakery backroom, cooler, and freezer

Requirements

• 6 to 12 months of baking experience or completion of a baking apprenticeship program
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• At least 18 years of age
• Knowledge of baking ingredients and scratch recipes
