- Provide exceptional service and support during field visits or dispatches.
- Manage on-site installation, repair, and maintenance tasks related to plumbing.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot errors or plumbing issues, providing effective solutions.
- Produce timely, accurate, and detailed service reports and document processes.
- Ensure all work follows company procedures, safety protocols, and plumbing codes.
- Drive service vehicles in a safe manner and maintain the vehicle as needed.
- Build positive relationships with customers by understanding their requirements and offering recommendations.
- Perform sewer and drain cleaning, including operating sewer cameras for inspection work.
- Collaborate with the team and share information across the organization.
The ideal candidate should possess:
- In-depth knowledge of local plumbing codes and standards.
- Ability to work flexible shifts and adapt to changing work schedules.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent documentation and organizational skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills with effective verbal and written communication.
- Willingness to be part of an on-call rotation, including nights and weekends.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to pass background checks and drug tests.
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum 4 + years of experience in all phases of plumbing.
Working Conditions:
- Must be available outside of normal business hours as needed, with on-call rotation required.
- Work in various indoor and outdoor environments with exposure to extreme temperatures and weather conditions.
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to climb ladders, crawl, stand, bend, crouch, kneel, and lift heavy objects (in excess of 50 pounds).
- Must have specific vision abilities, including close vision, distance vision, color vision, and the ability to adjust focus.
