  • Must be at least 18 years of age to qualify for a PERC Security Officer License in the State of Illinois
  • Valid Driver's License and clean driving record required. (All our positions will include driver certification)
  • Have reliable transportation (private transportation is required) (Public transportation is generally not available at our various site locations)
  • Have reliable working communication device (cell phone)
  • Willing to participate in the Company's Security Officer pre-employment screening process, including drug screen (mouth swab and/or urinalyses are used) and background investigation (drug screen includes THC)
  • Have a High School Diploma or GED or be willing to complete the GED program within six months
  • Average to above average computer skills
  • Must be reliable, accountable, punctual, and have a strong work ethic
  • Must have a strong grasp of appropriate and professional verbal / written communication
  • Conflict resolution and de-escalation skills a plus
  • Customer service background preferred
  • Must be able to interact with a wide range of individuals in a professional manner
  • Must be able to conduct patrols throughout shift
  • Must have great attention to detail
  • Must be comfortable conducting access control duties
  • Have the legal right to work in the United States
  • Ability to speak, read, and write English
