To learn more about the below career opportunity please contact our office at 440-###-#### for more details or apply directly at nescoresource.com Job title: Stamping/Punch Press Operator Location: Valley City, OH Salary: $18 Shift: 1st shift or 2nd shift (1st - 6:00 am to 430 pm Monday through Thursday)(2nd - 4:00 pm to 4:30 am Monday through Thursday)(Friday overtime is 6 am to 11 am or 6 am to 2:30 pm depending on production and every other Saturday from 6 am to 11 am as needed) Possible direct hire or right to hire opportunity Job description including but not limited to:
- Inspect equipment for safety and maintenance
- Review work order packet and pick list
- Communicate with other departments as needed
- Set up and run an automatic stamping/punch press machine
- Use hand tools as needed
- Load and adjust line and material
- Use inspection tools such as micrometer, caliper, scale, ect
- Responsible for first piece inspection and in process inspection
- Other job duties as required
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience with Automatic Stamping/Punch Press machine
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
- Ability to pass preemployment screening
