Overview
Amyx is seeking to hire an Expert Acquisition Requirements Lead (EARL) serve as the Senior Expert for all acquisition documentation, tasking, and requirement gathering for the Enterprise Cloud Management Agency for the U.S. Army. This position will include the ability and experience with preparation of documentation, pre and post award reviews, and the data analytics, metrics, and performance dashboards associated with those efforts. Developing artifacts to articulate program requirements to meet mission needs. Additionally, The EARL will be providing support and expertise in the following:- Contract Support- Pre/Post Award Documentation- Contract Identification,- Contract Research- Briefing Support- Contract Administration- Contract Documentation- General Administration
Responsibilities
The daily tasks and responsibilities for the EARL will include having an Expert-level knowledge and experience in eliciting requirements and key acquisition topics from partners and employees of various labor categories and skills. The EARL will be expected to have a successful track record on delivering on time and within budget for with large/complex solicitations. This will include experience with developing and implement acquisition strategies/plans for programs that operate new and innovative technology, experience in procurement of IT hardware and software and an expert-level knowledge of industry accepted standards and best practices related to Contract Management (DAWIA, FAC-C PC, or similar).
Qualifications
The Expert Acquisition Requirements Lead must have the following Skills and Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in business management, finance, IT management, or similar, plus ten (10) ormore years procurement experience in Army, DoD, or IC, supporting IT, cloud, or other highly complex acquisitions;Or: Master's degree plus eight (8) years; Or: PhD degree plus six (6) years
* Active SECRET security clearance
* Must have the ability to communicate accurate information
