*Program eligibilities applyIn addition, we offer opportunities for career growth, professional development, and tuition assistance.The Export Coordinator provides export coordination primarily ensuring that the Customer Service group has the available appointments and logistics support to schedule and move product for export. Analyzes our distribution network and transportation options, making recommendations that directly affect the volume of product that can be exported. The Coordinator will confirm the transportation plan is communicated to all the loading facilities and confirm the release of daily sales orders. Coordinates documents between facilities and makes sure they are received and accurate. Reports and tracks errors/issues with facilities and logistics providers. Assists in the scheduling and routing of shipments. Provides backup support to the Customer Service group, assisting coordinators as needed to smooth out workloads. Core Responsibilities
- Coordinates all rail shipments. Assists facilities in scheduling rail equipment. Confirms the release of all sales orders and all documents are received after loading daily.
- Communicates the transportation plan daily to the loading facilities and answers questions from the loading facilities. Works with loading facilites to coordinate loading appointments and capacity.
- Publishes and maintains monthly, weekly and daily reports. Validates freight accruals are accurate on all shipments.
- Publishes and maintains the logistics scorecard. Analyzes the scorecard and assists with recognition of negative trends/issues. Responsible for helping to reduce errors and the costs associated with them.
- Confirms International inventory and reviews to ensure product is available for shipment. Coordinates with cold storage locations on a daily basis.
- Reviews orders and may build, route cost effective shipments according to destination.

- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited four-year college or university in Transportation, Logistics, International Business, or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Company will consider a currently enrolled college student with an anticipated graduation by end of current school year as qualified.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite: Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Previous SAP experience a plus.
- Strong decision making and problem solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- May be required to travel on rare/occasional instances.
- Ability to work well with others in fast paced, dynamic environment.
- Ability to be respectful, approachable and team oriented while building strong working relationships and a positive work environment.
