Job Details
  • Oversee global export operations, with a focus on hazardous and flammable materials
  • Ensure compliance with domestic and international regulations (DOT, IATA, IMDG)
  • Manage logistics for land, air, and ocean shipments, coordinating with freight forwarders and vendors
  • Prepare and maintain export documentation, including regulatory filings such as DEA requirements
  • Utilize business intelligence tools (Power BI) for data analysis and reporting on export performance

Background Needs:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in international logistics and export management
  • Proven experience handling hazardous materials with strong compliance knowledge
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., Dynamics 365), Microsoft Office, and Power BI
  • Certifications in hazardous goods handling (IATA, IMDG, DOT) preferred; DEA filing experience is a plus
