Job Description: As an Express Service Automotive Technician at Hassett Ford Lincoln Subaru, you will play a vital role in providing efficient and high-quality maintenance and repair services to our customers. This position focuses on quick turnaround services such as oil changes, tire rotations, filter replacements, and other routine maintenance tasks. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Key Responsibilities: Perform oil changes, tire rotations, filter replacements, and other express maintenance services. Inspect vehicles to identify any additional service needs and communicate them to customers. Complete service orders and maintain accurate service records. Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the service bay. Work efficiently and in accordance with safety standards. Provide exceptional customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns professionally. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Completion of a formal automotive technician training program preferred. ASE certification is a plus. Proven experience as an express service technician or in a similar role. Strong knowledge of automotive systems and maintenance procedures. Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
