As an Express Service writer, you will own our customer's experience in the express service lane. You are the first point of contact with our customers and will be well-versed in product offerings, technician scheduling and customer service. From greeting vehicle owners on the drive lane to explaining the repair process, our Express Service Advisors are true professionals who enjoy helping others. If necessary obtain customers name and phone number to call back after their request has been researched.
