Job Description: Extended Substitute Teacher - Position: Extended Substitute Teacher (Senior High)
- Tentative Dates: August 19, 2024 - approximately September 20, 2024
- Pay Rate: $150 per day
- Courses:
- Fundamentals of Physics and Chemistry
- Freshman Focus
- Implement lesson plans and provide instruction in the assigned courses.
- Manage classroom behavior and maintain a positive learning environment.
- Assess student progress and provide feedback.
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and school staff.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the school administration.
- Bachelor's degree in education or a related field.
- Valid teaching certificate or substitute teaching permit.
- Strong content knowledge in physics, chemistry, and freshman-level topics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
