Join us for a rewarding career in the aviation industry!BECOME AN EXTERIOR AIRCRAFT CLEANER!As an Exterior Aircraft Cleaner, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the cleaning and upkeep of the aircrafts exterior. You will utilize specialized cleaning products and equipment to wash, wax, and polish the aircraft, ensuring meeting safety and aesthetic standards. Following strict protocols to work efficiently to minimize ground time, while paying attention to detail. In this role you will conduct inspections for surface damages or wears and report findings to leadership to maintain the overall appearance of the aircraft.WHAT IT'S LIKE TO WORK AS AN EXTERIOR AIRCRAFT CLEANERWash and clean the exterior of aircrafts, including fuselage, wings, and tailUse specialized cleaning products and equipment to remove dirt, grease, and stainsDocument cleaning activities and report any irregularities to supervisorsInspect the aircraft's exterior for any damage or maintenance issues and report findingsCoordinate with ground crew and maintenance staff for aircraft positioning and safetyComply with environmental regulations regarding the use and disposal of cleaning solvents and fluidsWork flexibly across different shifts, including nights and weekends, as requiredExceed PrimeFlight customer service and safety standardsPerform any additional duties as assigned by managementQUALIFICATIONS18 years of age or olderEligible to work in the United StatesAbility to read, write, speak, and understand the English language, to include documentsAbility to use electronic devices including IPads/Tablets, Computers, and Mobile DevicesEffectively communicate both in-person and through electronic meansPass a background check and drug screenEligibility to acquire needed credentials and clearances (FAA, TSA, Port Authority, U.S. Customs and U.S. Postal- as applicable)Ability to work any day/shift, including holidays, within a 24/7 operationTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential requirement satisfactorily.
