The Benefits Program Coordinator will administer complex health insurance and pension programs, leave administration, voluntary benefits, and employee health and wellness programs. They will oversee the organizing and planning of annual open enrollment and benefit/health fair; , recommend, implement and monitor efforts to maximize the use of benefit, health and wellness programs and offerings; monitor program costs and make recommendations regarding plan design and appropriate cost containment. The appointment is a temporary position of a limited duration. The total hours worked in a fiscal year will not exceed 960 hours.
