Experience And Qualifications
- Minimum 21 years of age.
- Knowledge of marijuana strains and anatomy.
- Dynamic interpersonal and communication skills.
- Intermediate-level math skills.
Supervisory ResponsibilityThis position has no supervisory responsibilities.Physical Requirements and Working ConditionsWork is performed in a production environment and requires the ability to stand for long periods and to operate standard trimming tools or equipment. Prolonged periods of sitting or standing and bending and kneeling to obtain supplies or tools. Employees should be able to lift 20 lbs. consistently and 50 lbs. occasionally.The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
