- Maintains carpet in all areas of the hotel towers, including guest rooms and corridors.
- Responsible to ensure all equipment is properly maintained and stored after each shift.
- Identifies areas of the hotel that need cleaning, in addition to cleaning areas assigned by management.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by management.
- Provide outstanding guest service to all internal and external guests
Requirements:
Job Specifications – Qualifications
- Previous carpet care experience strongly preferred.
- Must be able to communicate in English, both written and verbal.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain all cards required by the company.
- Must be able to verify right to work in the U.S.
- Working Conditions – Physical Requirements
- Regularly walk, stand or stoop 80% of shift.
- Occasionally lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects weighing up to 250 lbs.
- Frequently lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Need to distinguish between shades of color.
- Receive job assignments via text messaging system.
- Use tools or equipment requiring a high degree of dexterity.
