NTD EY Foundry/Innovation - Product Manager - Senior Manager level
The Foundry is a New York-based team of entrepreneurs, product managers, operators, and strategists who have a proven track record of turning ideas into successful new growth businesses. In April 2016, EY acquired this team out of Highnote Foundry, a venture capital and venture services firm, in order to build and launch new businesses for EY.
The Foundry currently has a portfolio of projects in various stages of development, which address these key areas through FinTech, LegalTech and HRTech solutions.
The opportunity
As a Senior Product Manager, you know what it takes to lead product teams to success; and design, develop and drive the adoption of great digital products and services.
Your key responsibilities
Working alongside the Foundry Strategy and Venture teams, you will be responsible for concepting, designing, developing and owning digital products and services that address a target market opportunity.
You will lead product teams throughout the product lifecycle: from conducting product research to inform concepts and new features, designing products, and developing the corresponding user stories and requirements. You will be responsible for managing external suppliers, leading engineering teams and recommending alternative approaches to meeting business requirements when necessary.
You will own the integrity of the product: and drive ongoing experimentation and evaluation of user feedback, usage of the product and key metrics, with an eye toward continuously improving the product and user experience. You also will drive ongoing market and user research to shape the longer-term product strategy and product roadmap.
Key attributes for success
* Proven track record of success launching and iterating customer-facing digital products
* Passion for creating products and experiences that resonate with users and demonstrate strong adoption
* Track record of managing product teams to success
* Ability to synthesize input and insights from multiple sources and prioritize accordingly
* Experience working in Agile, with generative AI, on mobile product development, and SaaS digital products
* Technical knowledge with practical experience an advantage
To qualify for the role you must have
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline
* 8+ years of external customer-facing product management experience
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
* Ability to learn quickly execute independently with minimal guidance
* Excellent oral, written, and visual communication and presentation skills

What we offer
We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you'll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business. The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $148,900 to $340,200. The salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $178,700 to $386,600. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options. Join us in our team-led and leader-enabled hybrid model. Our expectation is for most people in external, client serving roles to work together in person 40-60% of the time over the course of an engagement, project or year. Under our flexible vacation policy, you'll decide how much vacation time you need based on your own personal circumstances.
