DescriptionPOSITION SUMMARYThe Cashier is responsible for cash transactions in food and beverage areas. Performs all monetary transactions presented, adhering to all department and company policies, procedures, internal controls, and government regulations. Safeguards company assets and prepares all necessary paperwork. Is responsible to provide a level of service which is gracious, kind, and warm that provides an exciting environment and World Class Service by delivering Old-World Hospitality and Charm with our guests. The employee will have extensive menu knowledge, greet the guest, anticipate their needs, seat them and tender payments. Cashiering experience preferred. Must have a friendly demeanor and be able to communicate well with the public. Must demonstrate positive/enthusiastic approach to all assignments. Must be clean, well-groomed, and have a professional appearance. Must have an optimistic outlook, proven track record of leading, inspiring, and proven track record of success in service excellence.
