DescriptionPosition is responsible for the overall administration, management and development of the Food & Beverage Department and its staff. QUALIFICATIONS: (Include equipment knowledge/use)Minimum bachelor's degree from a four-year college*Minimum 5 years' experience in Food & Beverage operations or related hospitality/service field.
