The F&M Internship Program provides hands-on experiential learning opportunities to students interested in the banking/finance industry. Through this program, you will have the opportunity to work side-by-side with current F&M employees in your chosen field of interest. Network, develop, and collaborate all while learning about the F&M culture and organization!RequirementsEDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:Actively enrolled in an accredited College or University program working towards an Associate's, Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, Economics, or related major OTHER KNOWLEDGE and/or SKILLS:
- Demonstrated leadership and teamwork from past work experience and/or extracurricular activities
- Strong quantitative and critical thinking abilities
- Highly motivated with a strong work ethic
- Outstanding interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
