Job Duties

Purpose of Position:
* To support the development and management of events related to public health and provide support for office operations.
* Provides coordination and support for events focused on public health.
* Applies knowledge of event management best practices.
* Conducts special project and event planning and development.
* Engages in event implementation aligned with priorities, policies and procedures.
* Delivers training to staff and other collaborators.
* Contributes to event evaluations and reporting.
* Contributes to policy development and analysis.
* Performs research and analysis on specific issues, as required.
* Provides event technology support.
* Provides budget management and administrative support.

* A bachelor's degree or higher in public health or business administration or equivalent combination of education, training, and professional experience
* Training in public health
* Experience creating new events
* Experience with Tripleseat Event Management Software
