Company Description

Air Alliance, Inc. in Marathon, FL, is a component repair shop specializing in the overhaul of stator shrouds, turbine blades, nozzle guide vanes, and other hot section components. The company houses a full machine shop equipped with CNC and EDM capabilities, as well as 3D printing for parts production. Air Alliance holds FAA Part 145, EASA, and Production Approval Holder certifications.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for FAA Inspectors at Air Alliance, Inc. in Marathon, FL. The FAA Inspectors will be responsible for performing inspections and ensuring compliance with FAA, EASA, and company standards. Daily tasks include reviewing maintenance records, conducting quality inspections, and collaborating with the maintenance team to maintain airworthiness.

Qualifications

• FAA Part 145 certification and experience in aviation maintenance
• Knowledge of FAA and EASA regulations
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Experience in quality inspection and auditing
• Proficiency in technical documentation and record-keeping
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) license is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Aviation Maintenance or related field is beneficial
