General Summary: This position is responsible for supporting the Fabric Manager in various tasks related to inventory management, customer service, and the overall organization of the fabric department. Major Responsibilities:
- Request FDS Sheets and Review with Manager
- Send out Color Standards for Lab Dips and follow-up delivery
- Review Lab dips with the Fabric manager and email comments to the Mills
- Maintain Fabric Library with Lab Dip approvals and Shipment Samples
- Issue Sample Fabric Purchase Orders and follow-up delivery
- Maintain Fabric Tracking Chart and Alert Fabric Manager of any issues/delays
Skills:
- Knowledge of both Knit and Woven Fabrics
- Communicate effectively with Fabric Mills/Factories/Cross-Functional Teams
- Ability to multitask
- Strong Computer Skills
Education, Licenses, Certificates, Registrations and/or Experience:
- 2+ years of Fabric R&D/Purchasing experience
- Strong Excel knowledge
Salary Range: The pay range of this position is $65K- $70K Actual salary will be determined based off candidate's skill sets, years of experience, and other job-related factors. This range does not include benefits such as health insurance, paid time off, 401K, and additional company benefits
