Dynamic activewear company seeks organized, attention to detail and experienced Fabric Coordinator. This position works closely and collaboratively with the Fabric Director. Candidate must thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Main duties and responsibilities but not limited:
- Daily communication, monitoring and follow up on fabric development
- Working on daily packages received with development submits
- Daily communication with overseas office, mills and cross functional teams
- Daily chart updating.
- Request and review lab test reports
- Initiate new development and countering fabric process with multiple mills
- Attend fabric meetings and shows when possible
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in a fabric position
- Strong technical knowledge in knits, woven and performance finishes
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Strong interpersonal skills including the ability to partner cross functional and design effectively
- Strong excel / Microsoft office
- Bachelor s degree in textile or related field a plus
