As a Fabrication Technician, you will play a critical role in fabricating, assembling, and modifying components according to detailed specifications, ensuring high-quality and timely project completion. Key Responsibilities:
- Fabricate, assemble, and modify parts and components using various hand tools and fabrication machinery.
- Operate CNC machines, lathes, mills, and other tools to cut, shape, and finish materials to exact specifications.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics to ensure accurate fabrication.
- Inspect finished products for quality, ensuring they meet company standards.
- Collaborate with engineers and team members to resolve technical challenges during the fabrication process.
- Perform basic maintenance on equipment and adhere to safety protocols at all times.
Qualifications:
- Experience in one or more of the following: carpentry, mechanics, machining, or CNC operations.
- Ability to interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
- Skilled in using various hand tools, machinery, and fabrication equipment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a manufacturing or fabrication setting is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with CNC programming and operation is a plus.
- Knowledge of metal fabrication, welding, or precision machining.
