Besides superior technical performance, our nVent CADDY and nVent ERICO brands of fasteners are designed for easy and intuitive installation.Behind the scenes: With more than 100 million connections installed globally, ERICO CADWELD has set the industry standard in exothermic welding since 1939.POsition SUmmaryIn this position, you will beKey role responsibilitiesSet-up and perform printing, cutting, stripping, punching, coping and various forming operations in assigned departmentOperate and maintain various presses, CNC Lathes, manual drilling and lathe equipment.Must be able to use calipers, tape measure, and other gauges. Make minor adjustments as required to meet quality specifications.Perform duties required to assist setup and operate multiple automated equipmentMove materials in the performance of duties using lift truck or crane as necessary.Work from written & verbal instruction, drawings, schedules and shop orders.Make machine adjustments and set-up machines as required.Check work using a scale, calipers, micrometers, depth-gages and report specific deviations.Locate proper material, set-up and operate various equipment; video jet, kick press, piranha iron worker, punch press, terry table and stripper.Work from routing sheets, blue prints, sketches and verbal instructions.Perform continuous visual inspections to ensure quality parts and a safe work environment.Perform pick and pack operations for customer orders of assigned department.Set-up and perform printing, cutting, stripping, punching, coping and various forming operations on FlexibarMust be able to use tape measure and calipersAt nVent, we believe in an agile and flexible workforce.
