Position Summary: As a team member of the machine shop, you will be responsible for operating a variety of machinery while adhering to company procedures. What you will do: •Responsible for operating shears, punches and brakes and power hand tools. •Work effectively in a team environment. •Adhere to safety procedures as they apply to all equipment used in this position. •Ability to read and interpret blue prints and/or process sheets. •Maintain accurate information flow to support our first time quality initiatives. Skills and Experience: •Have great interpersonal and communication skills. •Able to perform required duties with minimal supervision. •Must be flexible to work various shifts.
